Q: Speed Boat Transfers & being Pregnant.

A: We do not accept Pregnant Guests on the Speedboat Transfers due to safety reasons, need to use ferry options.

Q: What Happens if The Speed Boat Transfer is Cancelled Due to Weather Conditions?

A: If cancelled by Operator due to safety reasons, you will be transferred to Ferry with First Class seats.

Q: What is maximum age to use speed boat service.

A: Normally its 70 years old, but if fit enough to climb in and out of speed boat then can go.

Q: Can I change the Transfer Date?

A: Yes you can change the date of Tour 24 Hours before departure Subject to availability Free of Charge, Within 24 hours of departure cancellation charges will apply.

Q: Do you provide Airport Transfers?

A: We do not provide airport pick up transfer, But we can offer Private taxi to drop at Airport for the return journey.

Q: Shopping Cart is not Automatic payment

A: Shopping Cart is not Automatic payment, due to many customer booking very late and also missing many information from shopping cart i.e hotel pick up name etc. Once we receive your shopping cart we will send reply by email.

Q: Hotmail / Yahoo / AOL / Naver addresses.

A: If you have a Hotmail, Yahoo, AOL email address, please check your junk mail folder as these provider often send the email straight there and not to your inbox. Also some just block it completely. So please contact are Whatsapp +66828100087 for guarantee reply.

Q: Can i pay with ECheque

A: Sorry not possible unless booked and paid 2 weeks before tour date, so ECheque can clear.

Q: What if I don't hear from you after I have made the booking request?

A: We respond to all shopping carts, ( unless the booking happens after 08.30pm Phuket Time ) if you do not receive a Voucher from us, please contact us by email or Whatsapp us at + 66828100087 or check your spam / junk folder.

Q: Using the Paypal Payment System
